Terms & Conditions


Regarding registration and absence from the training:

  • Course fees must be paid prior to commencement of training
  • No refunds of course fees will be given
  • For failure to attend, you will be given an extension of validity within 6 months of original registered class or next 2 available training dates within your country, whichever is earlier
  • Course fees will be forfeited if you pass up these alternatives
  • Upon registration and full payment, you will receive a confirmation email 5 working days prior to commencement of training to confirm the training venue and other administrative details
  • Seats are not transferrable

Terms & conditions:

  • Registered attendees must complete and pass all online modules in the portal before receiving the payment link for the training
  • Axis Communications reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
  • Promotional items are for paid participants only and will be issued during the training
  • Any giveaways or promotional items are strictly not for resale
  • No requests for refunds will be entertained
  • Payment must be in USD only

Cancellation policy:

  • Axis Communications reserves the right to cancel any training up to 10 working days prior to the stated date of training
  • Notification of cancellation will be sent to you via email and rescheduled at Axis Communications' discretion
  • No refund will be given for class cancellation
